Educated in the US, England, Germany and Argentina, Patricia has extensive experience in designing and delivering brain-friendly presentations, workshops and seminars.

She has worked as a trainer, facilitator and coach with many organizations in the corporate and public sectors, including: Bayer, Audi, BMW, Alstom, Postbank, Henkel, Lufthansa, Bosch, Lanxess, Unilever, Citibank, ABB, Coretech, DENSO, European Central Bank, European Securities and Markets Authority, European Aviation Safety Agency, German Federal Financial Supervising Authority (BaFin), Siemens, Bayer 04 Leverkusen, Federal Mogul, Shell, Unilever, Uniper, etc.

Her training programs can be described as dynamic, informative and highly interactive. She combines a practical facilitating style with “brain-friendly” techniques, storytelling, lots of personal enthusiasm and a
keen sense of humor.
Her philosophy is to create a relaxed atmosphere where learners feel free to participate, share their knowledge, challenge their own thoughts and take responsibility for the outcome of their training experience. The collateral effect of these practices is that attention and long-term recall increase significantly. She also runs train-the-trainer workshops on topics such as: memorable presentations, emotional intelligence, accelerated teaching techniques, cross-cultural communication and motivation.

In addition, she is a regular speaker at international conferences such as: TESOL, DGSL, IATEFL, BESIG and SHARE Convention.

Her experience of studying psychology and the applications of brain-research in the classroom enables her to incorporate ideas from fields other than traditional pedagogy and andragogy
. At the root of the methods she uses are Accelerated (also known as Suggestopaedia, or Brain-Friendly Learning) and Experiential Learning (reflection on doing).
These methods redefine the speed and depth at which learning is possible. She also draws from the sciences of emotional intelligence, positive psychology, appreciative inquiry, neuroscience, mindset and mindfulness.
